DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
The development of our young players is crucial to the club's future. We invest heavily in coaching staff and provide a structured "development pathway" program to support this.
INSURANCE
The club maintains Bronze level cover for player injuries and public liability.

INJURY MANAGEMENT
Players are supported by a number of experienced physiotherapists and qualified club trainers. Player welfare is a priority at all times, including concussion protocols and return from injury plans.

West Coast Amateur Football Club is committed to providing recreational and sporting facilities for the Club’s members, supporting the game of Australian Rules Football in our local community, all the way from Auskick up to WAFL level.
We expect members to uphold the values our club holds dear, encapsulated in the Code of Conduct and policies adopted by the club. We adhere to the Perth Football League's Spirit of the Game statement, with particular emphasis on the values of good sportsmanship, integrity, inclusiveness and mutual respect.

As part of this, the club has achieved the highest level of accreditation possible - Level 3.
